Two Good Resources - Info Architecture & Web Design Fellow UW graduate, Heidi Adkinson runs two very relevant websites on the subject of her Master's thesis - e-commerce research. The sites both offer some very good information on the subject of web design and web architecture, particularly in the area of e-commerce sites.

The work that Heidi has done can be valuable to anyone running a commerce based site. She has some good research papers and draws interesting, if not completely startling conclusions on the subject. Her sites are both exceptional usable and offer great images and diagrams to accompany her explanations.
